Acer launches first netbook ION 2 with 10 inch HD screen
Acer Aspire One team 532G, a 10.1-inch netbook, the new chip Nvidia GeForce ION 2 and a screen 720p.
The Acer Aspire One 532G is the first netbook 10.1 inches with chip Nvidia GeForce ION 2 out on the European market. Sold with 399 euros, it is appealing!
Like Asus and its Eee PC 1201PNAcer launches graphics processor machine ION 2 which should be available first in Europe in the size 10.1 inches. It is simply a Aspire One 532 ClassicModified to accommodate the new graphics chip from Nvidia netbook… dons and the letter G: Welcome to the Aspire One 532G!
A 10.1-inch HD for the ion2!
Far from the standard Microsoft and Intel, Acer has opted for an Atom N450, 160GB HDD, 2GB of DDR2 memory and especially the chip ION 2 (with its 512 MB DDR3) proposed here in its 8-core (against 16 in the 12-inch the nettop). Able to decompress the HD, read the Flash 10 HD without stutters, it uses Technology Optimus to operate: the ION 2, activating only when needed and once his task completed, the chipset Intel GMA 3150, integrated Atom processor which automatically takes the hand to bear the burden of graphic work.
Acer and plays the game the way! Indeed, the manufacturer equips its Aspire One 532G small slab showing a type definition 720p (1280 x 720 pixels), ideal for enjoying content HD. However, if the desire to project a film takes you on a screen, it is also possible by connecting a TV to the HDMI of the Aspire One 532G.
The Premium version presented here is sold at 399 euros, with availability announced for late March or early April. The price is right for a machine of that ilk.
A version with only 1 GB of memory will also be available for 369 euro, but it should be avoided by us because Windows 7 Home Premium, the fluidity is not guaranteed!
