Apple iPod Nano

A changed look from Apple

After a square version which has experienced a year, iPod Nano comes with a new design or almost a new one. Indeed, at first glance it seems to find any shell length of yesteryear. This is not fake but if you look closer, there were some changes that make the difference. Firstly, the iPod Nano for fall / winter 2009 is available in nine colors: black, silver, blue, purple, green, yellow, orange, pink and red. If after all that, you can not find one that pleases you, it’ll just take a spray paint and let your creativity. Ultra light and very thin with 6.2 mm thick, it is still well in hand thanks to rounded edges.

Very interesting interface

Apple-iPod-NanoThe interface operates smoothly with a preview pane that allows viewing documents in different categories and even voice menus. The two-inch screen does not change but now has an accelerometer to automatically switch to landscape mode. Nevertheless, in this case, the buttons on the wheel are not modified and navigation is a bit strange, for example by pushing it down to move to the next photo. Another novelty, it is now possible to start the shuffle, shaking the iPod Nano, not to change the songs that way, like some Sony Ericsson multimedia phones. Otherwise, the iPod Nano is finally able to create playlists and autonomy is excellent.
