The Q330 and Q530 Samsung notebooks passed the Bluetooth 3.0

The new Samsung Q330 and Q530 equip themselves with latest generation processors and Nvidia graphics chip.

Q330 and Q530 notebooks are equipped with a Core and a GeForce i3 310M, to combine versatility and mobility.

Samsung develops its range of portable Q, Q330 and Q530 with, of 13.3 and 15.6-inch models designed entirely reworked. The chassis has offered a course of thinning (27 mm) and a keyboard chiclet very fashionable. It also features an HDMI output, a memory card reader, 3-in-1, and a Bluetooth wireless connection in its latest version 3.0, with a flow rate eight times higher than version 2.0. We regret, however, the lack of USB 3.0 or eSATA, which could prove far more useful.

Core i3 and graphics technology Optimus

The configuration of the notebook is rather simple. The CPU is a Core i3-350M at 2.26 GHz with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and a graphics system managed by Optimus technology from Nvidia. This automatically juggle between the integrated graphics from Intel and the chip GeForce 310M to combine autonomy and computing power. Note that both models feature a screen with a definition of 1366 x 768 pixels.

The hard drive offers 320 GB of Q330 capacity, against 500 for the Q530 GB at 5400 rpm in both cases. Samsung has chosen to add a DVD burner, even in the 13.3-inch model. The Q330 and Q530 are announced to take 4:30 minutes on their battery-Lihthum Ion 6-cell (4400 mAh), and 2:30 in video.

The Q330 and Q530 respectively 1.97 and weighs 2.36 kg. They are advertised as available in August 2010, at rates of 799 and 849 euros.
