Sharp LC52DH65E
Correct image quality
Pending testing of the new series DH77, we invite you to discover here the average range of Sharp TV. The main advantage of this screen lies in its selling price floor without compromising the specifications. Much the same as for the Sony V5500. Here, the hull is really well finished and black lacquer is very flattering. We can not be said of the remote that really low-end. In terms of performance, image quality is correct. In high definition, we found that the colors provided by Sharp LC52DH65E are quite faithful even though flesh tones were slightly cold, a finding that we had already done on the 32 inches of that series. The depth of black still honest, but it takes a color shift towards blue when leaving right or left of the optical axis. This delay is less marked on a 52 inch, but still significant.
Honorable performance
Despite the large size of the device, rendering standard definition is honest. The images are sharp, which is rare. The fluidity is less good than in HD in the absence of a 100 Hz mode in video games, we appreciated the good response of the display, a characteristic that has always smiled at the Japanese manufacturer. The images provided by Sharp LC52DH65E are fluid and convincing scaling. In the end, we really enjoyed this TV which, if not excel in one area, offers performance honorable without sacrificing poly-valence.
Positive points (pros)
Rendering HD
Price
Negative points (cons)
Dark blue hues
Remote poorly finished
